CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BITES
vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free optional
*Recipe makes about 18 bites
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 15 mins + 1 hour to cool
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/3 cup protein powernder - I used Vanilla flavor
1/2 cup nut butter, melted and slightly cooled
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk - I used Almond Milk
2 tsp blue agave or any type of sweetener
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of cinnamon - optional
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, salt, and cinnamon (optional).
Melt nut butter and let cool.
Add nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, agave, and milk and combine until texture is the consistency of cookie dough.
If dough is too try, add in more milk.
Add chocolate chips and combine.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, grab about 1.5-2 tbsp of dough. Roll into balls.
Place cookie dough bites onto the lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle or coat bites in melted chocolate (optional).
Place cookie sheet in the fridge or freezer until cooled.

Add more agave or sweetener based on your preference!
