EASY 4 INGREDIENT BROWNIES

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 25 mins

These brownies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan friendly!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of gluten-free chocolate chip brownie mix (I used Trader Joe’s)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg (can sub for a flax egg to make it vegan)

  • chocolate chips *optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, add brownie mix.

  3. Mash banana and add to large bowl. 

  4. Add water and egg, mix until well combined.

  5. Add a few extra chocolate chips to batter for more chocolate! *optional

  6. In a lined or sprayed brownie pan, pour batter.

  7. Evenly spread batter. 

  8. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top *optional.

  9. Place in the oven.

  10. Let bake for about 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. 

  11. Let cool and then enjoy!
