SPICED APPLE BANANA BREAD
*vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free

Ingredients:
2 cups of oat flour
4 ripe bananas
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 red apple
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tbsp + 2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp apple cider
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut and cube your apple. Add the pieces to a skillet over medium heat.
Add in 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp cinnamon, dash of salt, and a splash of vanilla. Let sauté.
In a large bowl, mash bananas and add applesauce, remaining vanilla, and maple syrup. Mix together.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, remaining cinnamon, and salt.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet. Combine and then stir in your sautéed apples.
Line a bread pan with parchment paper and pour in batter. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds or pecans on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
