IMMUNE BOOSTING WELLNESS SMOOTHIE

Whether you are in the mood for a quick smoothie or are looking for a way to enhance your immunity and wellness, then this is the recipe for you.

I have returned to my obsession of smoothies. They are so simple, yet always so good. Not only are they filled with rich nutrients, but they are also fun to make. I recently came across the company BareOrganics and gave a few of their products a try. What’s great about their line is they have a large VARIETY of powders, oils, teas, ect. to choose from. Adding powders to any smoothie or bowl recipe is a great way to enhance its nutritional value.

BareOrganics creates superfoods to help people, like you and me, reach our daily nutrition goals, feel energized, and know that we are getting our nutrients from the best raw, organic sources. All their superfoods are USDA Certified Organic, Natural, Chemical-Free and Non-GMO. Many are Gluten-Free and Vegan as well! They use processes like freeze-drying and low temperatures to preserve the integrity and freshness of their foods. Additionally, their containers are reusable, BPA free, 100% recyclable, microwave and top shelf dishwasher safe.

After being enlightened by their line, I choose their Super Green, Spirulina Powder. Spirulina is a nutrient-rich blue-green algae. It is a rich source of iron and contains other essential nutrients such as magnesium and protein. Not only is it organic and raw, but it is also Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, and Kosher. It’s benefits include: overall vitality and are both Paleo and Keto friendly. Add just one scoop of Spirulina to your smoothie and receive all its amazing benefits.
