RAINBOW WAFFLES
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 eggs
food coloring
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla to eggs and stir.
Combine wet and dry ingredients into one bowl, mix well.
Split batter into 6 equal bowls to add desired food coloring.
Ladle batter into preheated waffle iron.
Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp.
And syrup and enjoy!
Notes:
*Can sub milk for any preference and use butter alternatives.
