RAINBOW WAFFLES

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • 2 eggs

  • food coloring

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.

  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla to eggs and stir.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients into one bowl, mix well.

  5. Split batter into 6 equal bowls to add desired food coloring.

  6. Ladle batter into preheated waffle iron.

  7. Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp.

  8. And syrup and enjoy!

Notes:

*Can sub milk for any preference and use butter alternatives.
