WAFFLES

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • 2 eggs

  • peanut butter

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.

  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla to eggs and stir.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients into one bowl, mix well.

  5. Ladle batter into preheated waffle iron.

  6. Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp.

  7. Drizzle with peanut butter, add syrup, and enjoy!

Notes:

*Can sub milk for any preference and can use butter alternatives.
