EASY HONEY OATMEAL

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
1 cup steel cut oats
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp honey
fruit
granola
Directions:
Over medium to high heat, add milk and water to a sauce pan and bring to boil.
Once boiling, add oats and salt.
Return the mixture to a steady boil, then immediately reduce the heat to low and let simmer.
Let oats simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally (the time depends on how thick and creamy you want your oats).
Add butter, stir in, and then let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
Remove from stove and add oatmeal to a bowl.
Top with fresh honey, granola, and fruit.
