GNOCCHI BREAD BOWL

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of gnocchi

  • Preferred sauce - I used Marinara, but you can use any!

  • 1/4-1/2 cup parm

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup mozzarella

  • Bread

Directions:

  1. In a pot, boil water and add gnocchi.

  2. While gnocchi is cooking, add marinara sauce (or your preferred sauce) to a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Once warm, sprinkle in parm and mix until well combined.

  4. When gnocchi is cooked, add gnocchi to the skillet and coat with sauce.

  5. Cut a large hole in your bread. 

  6. Remove the inside of the bread and form a hole in the middle.

  7. Pour the gnocchi into your bread bowl.

  8. Cover the top of the pasta with shredded mozzarella. Be generous with the cheese.

  9. Place the bread bowl in the oven, broil until the cheese is melted and brown.

  10. Enjoy!
