GREEK SALAD

*makes 4 bowls
Ingredients:
For the salad:
2 cups mixed lettuce
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup radishes, sliced
For the dressing:
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp dried oregano
salt n pepper to taste
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
On a cutting board, slice vegetables.
In a large bowl, add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, and radishes.
Crumble and sprinkle on the feta.
In a small bowl, make your dressing.
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix and slowly add olive oil.
Whisk together and then drizzle over salad.
