TUNA SALAD

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of tuna

  • 1 tbsp mayo (can sub for a dairy-free alternative)

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp chopped scallion

  • 1 tbsp chopped carrot

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, add tuna.

  2. Chop onion, scallion, carrot and add to bowl.

  3. Add mayo and mix together gently.

  4. Scoop and enjoy!

Notes:

*I used vegan mayo, fish-free tuna from Good Catch, and topped with everything bagel seasoning.
