TUNA SALAD
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 packet of tuna
1 tbsp mayo (can sub for a dairy-free alternative)
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped scallion
1 tbsp chopped carrot
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a small bowl, add tuna.
Chop onion, scallion, carrot and add to bowl.
Add mayo and mix together gently.
Scoop and enjoy!
Notes:
*I used vegan mayo, fish-free tuna from Good Catch, and topped with everything bagel seasoning.
