GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette

  • 2 tbsp butter (enough to cover the surface of the baguette)

  • 4 tbsp frozen garlic (enough to cover the surface of the baguette)

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika *optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Remove frozen garlic from freezer and let defrost.

  3. Slice baguette vertically so you have 2 slices.

  4. Spread butter onto the 2 slices of bread until it is fully covered.

  5. Spread garlic onto the 2 slices of bread until it is fully covered.

  6. Sprinkle garlic powder.

  7. Sprinkle parm and cover each slice of bread.

  8. Sprinkle paprika *optional.

  9. Place in oven.

  10. Bake until golden brown.

  11. Let cool, slice, and then enjoy!

Notes:

*to make this dairy-free, vegan friendly - use vegan butter and parm!
