ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 35 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts

  • 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • dash of paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Slice Brussels sprouts in half.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add Brussels sprouts.

  4. Drizzle olive oil (can also use olive oil spray) and add seasoning.

  5. Toss together and evenly spread out the Brussels sprouts.

  6. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.

  7. Let cool and enjoy!
