SCRAMBLED EGG WHITES PROTEIN PLATE

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • breakfast potatoes

  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 slices of turkey bacon

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel

Directions:

  1. In a skillet over medium to high heat, pour egg whites.

  2. Sprinkle egg whites with a dash of salt n pepper.

  3. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula.

  4. Continue cooking until there is no liquid remaining.

  5. In a microwave, cook turkey bacon.

  6. Slice avocado and tomatoes.

  7. On a plate add: egg whites, tomatoes, turkey bacon, avocado, and breakfast potatoes.

  9. Sprinkle avocado slices and the egg whites with everything but the bagel seasoning.
