SCRAMBLED EGG WHITES PROTEIN PLATE

Ingredients:
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 an avocado
breakfast potatoes
1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
2 slices of turkey bacon
salt
pepper
Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel
Directions:
In a skillet over medium to high heat, pour egg whites.
Sprinkle egg whites with a dash of salt n pepper.
As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula.
Continue cooking until there is no liquid remaining.
In a microwave, cook turkey bacon.
Slice avocado and tomatoes.
On a plate add: egg whites, tomatoes, turkey bacon, avocado, and breakfast potatoes.
Sprinkle avocado slices and the egg whites with everything but the bagel seasoning.
